The \u00c1lvares Cabral 27 project is located on a noble avenue between the districts of Estrela and Marqu\u00eas de Pombal, a very central area of Lisbon.

\nThis development project is in the design phase, and an extensive refurbishment process is scheduled to begin in 2020.
