It is a very vibrant area of the city that attracts many tourists a year and has a lot of high-end retail and restaurants.<br><br>\nThe redevelopment project has been submitted to and approved by the Lisbon Municipality and allows for the refurbishment of the building to become five T2 apartments and a commercial space.<br><br>\nIvens 48 is located on a popular and central street in Chiado that is easily accessed by a vast network of public transport.
