\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tVieira da Silva 32 <\/h3>\n

The Vieira da Silva 32 project is located in Alc\u00e2ntara, around the corner from the new CUF hospital. Alc\u00e2ntara is one of the most traditional neighbourhoods in Lisbon, between the neighbourhoods of Junqueira and Santos. It is an up and coming area that is undergoing significant regeneration.

\nThe development project has been submitted for approval to the relevant authorities and will allow for the creation of 9 apartments with varying sizes of T1, T2 and T3.

\nThe refurbishment is expected to commence in the second semester of 2024, with a completion date in the beginning of 2026.

\nConstruction area above ground: 1,800\/sqm.\n\n
