Solar de Santana
A History. A new Luxury.
Solar de Santana is one of the oldest buildings in the Campo de Santana neighbourhood. Built in 1661, and previously known as the Vaz de Carvalho Palace or Casa das Torrinhas, its nobility takes us back to 17th century architecture.
The development project transformed the original building into 20 different residential units, from T1 to T5 apartments, as well as a retain unit. This rehabilitated building encompasses modern living with the most relevant historic characteristics untouched.
During the development of this project, some archaeological findings were discovered and incorporated into the design of the building. Photographic proof is now permanently exposed around the building so this history is never forgotten.
