The Vieira da Silva 32 project is located in Alcântara, around the corner from the new CUF hospital. Alcântara is one of the most traditional neighbourhoods in Lisbon, between the neighbourhoods of Junqueira and Santos. It is an up and coming area that is undergoing significant regeneration.
The development project has been submitted for approval to the relevant authorities and will allow for the creation of 9 apartments with varying sizes of T1, T2 and T3.
The refurbishment is expected to commence in 2020, with a completion date in December 2021.
